Registration Requirements for Pooled Plan Providers

The Department of Labor has finalized a regulation requiring pooled plan providers to register with the Department of Labor before offering pooled employer plans, which are defined contribution pension benefit plans. This registration is also required by the SECURE Act of 2019, and can be done electronically through the EBSA Form PR.
