FDA Publishes Revised Compliance Policy Guide for Prior Notice of Imported Food Under Bioterrorism Act

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a revised compliance policy guide outlining the requirements for prior notice of imported food under the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002, which was previously announced in the Federal Register on April 14, 2004.
