FDA Classifies Beta-Glucan Serological Reagent Device as Class II Special Control

The FDA has classified the beta-glucan serological reagent device as a Class II special control, following a petition submitted under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and in response to the Medical Device Amendments of 1976 and other regulatory amendments.
