FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Dietary Supplement Claims

The FDA has released a draft guidance outlining the evidence requirements for manufacturers to substantiate dietary supplement claims under Section 403(r)(6) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and has decided not to publish additional guidance on the structure/function rule at this time.
