FDA Publishes Revised Compliance Policy Guide for Food Facility Registration Under the Bioterrorism Act

The FDA has released an updated guide outlining the registration requirements for food facilities in the US, as mandated by the Bioterrorism Act of 2002, which went into effect on December 12, 2003.
