FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Industry on Development of Target Animal Safety and Effectiveness Data for Veterinary NSAIDs

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance document outlining the requirements for developing safety and effectiveness data for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) intended for use in animals, with a focus on cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitors.
