FDA Proposes 24-Month Referral Program for EU Fish Export Certification

The FDA is announcing a draft guidance for a 24-month referral program that would certify live and perishable fish exports to the EU and EFTA, issued by NOAA's Seafood Inspection Program under the Agricultural Marketing Act.
