FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed 2005 Food Safety Survey

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed voluntary consumer survey about food safety, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and invites comments within 60 days.
