Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Security Zone on Cape Fear River at Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking authorization to establish a permanent security zone on the Cape Fear River at MOTSU in North Carolina, where entry without permission from the Captain of the Port will be prohibited to prevent sabotage and other threats.
