Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Safety Zones for Annual Fireworks Displays

The U.S. Coast Guard has published a notice of proposed rulemaking to modify safety zones for annual fireworks events in the Captain of the Port Buffalo Zone, in response to the inability of several events to provide exact dates.
