Coast Guard Proposes Security Zones Around Passenger Vessels and CDC-Carrying Vessels in Hampton Roads

The US Coast Guard is proposing the establishment of security zones around passenger vessels and vessels carrying Certain Dangerous Cargo (CDC) while in the Hampton Roads navigable waters, aiming to prevent potential terrorist acts and enhance public and maritime safety and security.
