Coast Guard Proposes Regulations for Tall Ships Environmental Festival

The US Coast Guard is proposing to establish safety and security zones in Niantic Bay, Long Island Sound, and New London Harbor to ensure the safety of life and property during the Tall Ships Environmental Festival in New London, Connecticut.
