Coast Guard Proposes Security Zones Around Valdez Pipeline and Terminal

The US Coast Guard is proposing to establish security zones around the Trans-Alaska Pipeline's Valdez Terminal Complex and tank vessels in Prince William Sound, Alaska, to protect against sabotage and other threats, and has prohibited vessel entry into these zones without authorization.
