Coast Guard Establishes Emergency Safety Zone Around Aground Motor Vessel LeConte

The U.S. Coast Guard has created a temporary safety zone in Peril Strait, Alaska, to protect mariners from hazards while salvage and pollution prevention operations are underway for the Motor Vessel LeConte, which ran aground on Cozian Reef.
