Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Permanent Security Zones in Hawaiian Waters

The US Coast Guard is proposing to expand and modify existing security zones in Hawaiian waters to protect against sabotage, accidents, and other threats, with some zones enforceable at all times and others only during heightened conditions.
