Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Security Zone Around HOVENSA Refinery on St. Croix

The U.S. Coast Guard has created a temporary security zone in Limetree Bay and Limetree Bay Channel near the HOVENSA refinery facility on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, to safeguard against potential threats to the public and the facility, and all vessels must obtain permission from the U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port San Juan before entering the zone.
