Coast Guard Establishes Security Zone in Oakland Estuary, Alameda, CA

The US Coast Guard is establishing a security zone in the Oakland Estuary, Alameda, California, to protect military personnel and government property near the Coast Guard Island Pier. The zone restricts access to authorized personnel and vessels, and prohibits anchoring, unless permitted by the Captain of the Port or his representative.
