DHS Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for New National Biosecurity Analysis and Countermeasures Center

The Department of Homeland Security is planning to build a new National Biosecurity Analysis and Countermeasures Center at Fort Detrick in Maryland, and will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the project's environmental impact, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and other relevant regulations.
