Safety Zone; Detroit, Detroit River, MI

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for the Marshall Field's Target fireworks display on June 23, 2004. This safety zone is necessary to control vessel traffic within the immediate location of the fireworks launch site and to ensure the safety of life and property during the event. This safety zone is intended to restrict vessel traffic from a portion of the Detroit River.
