U.S. Coast Guard and Maritime Administration to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Compass Port Deepwater Port License Application

The U.S. Coast Guard and the Maritime Administration are launching a public scoping process to gather input on the environmental impact of the proposed Compass Port deepwater port, located approximately 11 miles south of Dauphin Island, Alabama, as part of the environmental review of the license application.
