Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee to Discuss Training Program for Able-Bodied Seamen

The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC) will hold a public meeting to discuss a proposed training and assessment program for able-bodied seamen on sea-going vessels, as part of its ongoing efforts to advise the Secretary of Homeland Security on maritime training and qualifications.
