Coast Guard Withdraws Security Zone Proposal Around Chevron Pascagoula Refinery

The US Coast Guard has withdrawn its proposal to establish a permanent security zone for the waters of Bayou Casotte surrounding the Chevron Pascagoula refinery, as facility security measures under the Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2002 will suffice.
