Coast Guard Establishes Security Zones Around Passenger Vessels and CDC-Carrying Vessels in Hampton Roads

The US Coast Guard is setting up restricted areas around passenger ships and vessels transporting hazardous materials in the Hampton Roads area to prevent potential terrorist attacks and ensure public and maritime safety, restricting access to a 500-yard radius and requiring authorization for closer approaches.
