Extension of Port Limits of Rockford, IL to Include City of Rochelle, Illinois

The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is proposing to expand the port limits of Rockford, Illinois, to include the City of Rochelle, where a new intermodal facility operated by Union Pacific Railroad is located, in an effort to improve efficiency and service for carriers and importers.
