FEMA Amends Major Disaster Declaration for Northern Mariana Islands

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has amended the notice of a major disaster declaration for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, originally declared on July 29, 2004, in response to the devastating effects of the disaster.
