U.S. Coast Guard Seeks Comments on LNG Facility Modifications in Narragansett Bay

The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port in Providence, Rhode Island, is seeking public comments on the suitability of Narragansett Bay waterways for liquefied natural gas (LNG) marine traffic, in response to a proposed modification of the Keyspan LNG facility.
