CBP and FMCSA to Test Automated Truck Manifest for Truck Carrier Accounts as Part of National Customs Automation Program

The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Department of Transportation, in collaboration with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), will conduct a test of the Automated Truck Manifest for Truck Carrier Accounts as part of the National Customs Automation Program (NCAP). The test aims to evaluate the transmission of automated truck manifest data and invites public comment on the planned test process.
