National Offshore Safety Advisory Committee to Discuss Offshore Safety and Security Issues

The National Offshore Safety Advisory Committee (NOSAC) and its Liftboat Subcommittee will meet to discuss various issues relating to offshore safety and security, and both meetings will be open to the public.
