US Citizenship and Immigration Services Corrects Notice on Liberia TPS Termination

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is correcting a notice that incorrectly stated the termination of Liberia's Temporary Protected Status (TPS) would be effective on October 1, 2004, when in fact it will be effective sixty days after the August 25, 2004 notice, which is October 24, 2004. As a result, individuals with Liberia TPS will continue to retain their status and employment authorization until that date.
