Puerto Rico; Correction to Amendment No. 4 to Major Disaster Declaration Notice

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing a correction to an amendment to a major disaster declaration notice for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, which was originally declared on September 17, 2004.
