U.S. Department of Homeland Security Adopts Final Rule to Expand NAFTA Travel and Business Privileges

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has adopted a final rule that adds Actuaries and Plant Pathologists to the list of professionals eligible for 'trade NAFTA' (TN) nonimmigrant status, allowing Canadian citizens to travel and conduct business in the U.S. without a visa, in accordance with the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)
