Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Rock Island Railroad & Highway Drawbridge Regulation

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to modify the regulation governing the Rock Island Railroad & Highway Drawbridge, spanning the Upper Mississippi River at Mile 482.9, near Rock Island, Illinois, to accommodate scheduled maintenance and upgrades, allowing the drawbridge to remain closed from December 15, 2004, to March 15, 2005.
