Extension of Temporary Protected Status for Honduras and Automatic Extension of Employment Authorization Documentation

The Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Honduras will be extended for 18 months, until July 5, 2006, allowing eligible Hondurans to re-register and apply for an extension of their employment authorization documents. Eligible individuals must have maintained continuous physical presence in the US since January 5, 1999, and continuous residence since December 30, 1998.
