Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for Fourth Street Bridge Construction in San Francisco Bay

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary safety zone in the Mission Creek Waterway, near San Francisco, California, to protect people and vessels from hazards during the construction of the Fourth Street Bridge, scheduled to last from February 15, 2005 to December 31, 2005.
