Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Clinton Railroad Drawbridge Regulation

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a rule change to the Clinton Railroad Drawbridge, allowing it to open automatically on signal 24 hours in advance of scheduled maintenance and repairs, starting from December 15, 2004, to March 1, 2005.
