CFTC Adopts Amendments to Exempt Certain Affiliated Entities from Swap Clearing Requirement

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is adopting permanent amendments to exempt certain affiliated entities within corporate groups from the swap clearing requirement, allowing international corporate groups to comply with anti-evasionary measures without foreign clearing regimes.
