TSA Amends Security Threat Assessment Standards for Commercial Truck Drivers

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is updating its standards for security threat assessments of commercial truck drivers authorized to transport hazardous materials. The changes include allowing certain non-citizens to apply for a security threat assessment and removing simple drug possession from the list of disqualifying crimes.
