CFTC Bans Post-Trade Name Give-Up for Certain Swaps on Swap Execution Facilities

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is issuing a final rule to prohibit the disclosure of post-trade names for swaps executed on swap execution facilities (SEFs) that are intended to be cleared, with an exception for package transactions including non-cleared components.
