Coast Guard Modifies Drawbridge Operation Regulation for Rock Island Railroad & Highway Drawbridge

The Coast Guard has updated the regulation governing the Rock Island Railroad & Highway Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River at Mile 482.9, allowing it to remain closed during certain hours from December 15, 2004, to March 15, 2005, to facilitate upgrades and annual maintenance.
