Coast Guard Adjusts Clinton Railroad Drawbridge Operation Regulation

The US Coast Guard is modifying the rules governing the Clinton Railroad Drawbridge, spanning the Upper Mississippi River at Mile 518.0, near Clinton, Iowa, to accommodate scheduled maintenance and upgrades, effective from December 17, 2004, to March 1, 2005.
