Coast Guard Launches Rulemaking Project for Dry Cargo Residue Discharges on Great Lakes

The U.S. Coast Guard has initiated a rulemaking process to establish regulations for non-hazardous and non-toxic dry cargo residue discharges by vessels operating on the Great Lakes.
