U.S. Extends Registration Deadline for Nonimmigrant Aliens from Designated Countries

The U.S. government has reopened the registration period for nonimmigrant aliens from certain countries, allowing them to register with the Immigration and Naturalization Service between January 27, 2003, and February 7, 2003, to avoid penalties.
