In this notice, OSHA announces Ballard Marine Construction's application for a Permanent Variance and Interim Order from provisions of OSHA standards that regulate work in compressed air environments and presents the agency's preliminary finding to grant the Permanent Variance. OSHA also announces the granting of an Interim Order.
