U.S. Government Seeks Final Judgment in Antitrust Case Against Village Voice Media and NT Media

The U.S. Department of Justice has proposed a final judgment in its antitrust case against Village Voice Media, LLC, and NT Media, LLC, alleging that the companies' merger would harm competition in the local classified advertising market
