Homeland Security Act of 2002 Reorganization of Immigration Regulations

The Homeland Security Act of 2002 transfers Immigration and Naturalization Service functions to the Department of Homeland Security, while retaining related immigration functions in the Department of Justice, effective March 1, 2003.
