DEA Clarifies THC Listing in Schedule I

The Drug Enforcement Administration is revising its regulations to clarify that Tetrahydrocannabinols (THC) listed in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act and DEA regulations encompass both natural and synthetic forms of the substance.
