US Government Proposes Delay of Wage Protections for Temporary and Permanent Alien Workers

The US government has proposed a 60-day delay of the effective date of a rule aimed at strengthening wage protections for certain aliens working in the US, from March 15, 2021 to May 14, 2021, following a 15-day public comment period.
