Delegation Order: Authority to Make Determinations on Clearance and Denial Notices Under 18 U.S.C. 843(h)

The Department of Justice has issued a delegation order granting authority to certain officials to make determinations on clearance and denial notices related to the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERS) and the Visa Waiver Program (VWP)
