EPA Lodges Consent Decrees for Clean Water Act and Superfund Sites

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged consent decrees with several companies for violating the Clean Water Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), also known as Superfund. The agreements settle environmental claims related to contaminated sites across the country.
