Paroling, Recommitting, and Supervising Federal Prisoners: Prisoners Serving Sentences Under the United States and District of Columbia Codes

The U.S. Parole Commission is updating its rules to reflect changes in its structure and the transfer of District of Columbia felony offenders to the Bureau of Prisons. The Commission is simplifying procedural rules and making corrections to citations in the District of Columbia Code.
